New York City Department of Environmental Protection - Division of Emergency Response and Technical Assessment (DERTA) - CBRNE 3

DERTA is a HAZMAT/CBRNE team that has a diverse set of resources. Proof of this is it's CBRNE 3 - a cherry picker truck. Certainly an odd resource for a HAZMAT team that I don't believe anyone else possesses.
