We were one of the towns completely cut off. The only way to reach 90% of our coverage area was by 4 wheeler. Many of us spent 4 straight days on duty, catching naps where we could. Several houses were washed away, and it took the National Guard 2+ weeks to rebuild one road that slid several hundred feet into a canyon.
