Make sure they know some basic rules (no standing) and have a competitant person supervising them that has contact with the driver... it's a SLOW parade.
Mind you, if there is a policy or local law that superceeds it...

That said... WE don't do that sort of thing anymore!!!!!
(I'm allergic to paperwork, court houses,etc)

I thought this cartoon would apply... but in this case... maybe erring on the side of litigation (err I mean caution) might be best...

Are you nuts? Kids, or firefighters need to be belted in EVERY time the rig is in motion, even in a parade.
