July 21st, '10. Automatic response with station 78 on a working structure fire. Engine 82 was 2nd due, heavy smoke and fire showing upon arrival from the 2nd story of a split level home. We were immediately assigned to the interior to relieve 78's first due crew. A 2nd alarm was dispatched, due to the heat and humidity, to rotate manpower, and to establish a tanker shuttle.
