Chris,with the picture you posted,I could infer that the window wasn't on the first floor.I didn't see any rope protection attached to the iron fense before you did a forcible entry on it,the fense might fall down during your forcible entry working on it,that would be very dangerous to firemen on the ground.Sorry to be so straight and rude,but I just wanna give you my advice.
