Our department uses EXO's as a bailout system now, However this was takin during a rookie school class at our regional school. Were using a munter hitch and a seat harness if i remember correctly.

What kind of lowering system did you use?EXO?CMC hook or a self made belay system like a rescue 8 plus a single rope to belay?
