Yea I prefer red too, when the new one arrives the yellow will be moved to our east side station so I won't see it too much.

Sorry to here about your fellow FF.Yellow isn't my favourite colour for fire trucks ,nothing a couple of cans of red tremclad paint won't fix LOL.

Our grumman just arrived sat. Its former owners took care of it too, only averaged 30 runs a year. it has almost the same cab design as yours but it's a top mount and its yellow but i can overlook that haha. Unfortunatly its first assignment is probably going to be a funeral on wed. for a brother from a neighboring dept.

Thanks Donnie, I love the looks of the c-series too ,the dept. this truck came from really took good care of it.I'm trying to get in touch with them too see if they have pics from when it was new.

Good lookin old truck, I like those c-series ford cabs, my depts second engine we owned was a ford boardman and we just bought a 90 model ford grumman that when the new truck arrives will be our first due on the east side of our district.
