Wow! That sounds cool. Way to go Halmatro. My first EMS job was at a local track in the SF Bay Area. I was 18 and the drivers were not always cooperative, "I am HUH, fine HUH, I just need HUH to catch HUH, my breath HUH."

@Kevin Murphy -- There are four separate fire suppresion vehicles -- one at each turn. They are quick response vehicles with 2 firefighters, an officer and driver. The extinguishing agent of choice is ABC dry powder. (Water isn't used to extinguish fires releated to race vehicles.)

Dover Speedway owns 2 rescue vehicles like the one pictured above. The rescue tools are provided by Halmatro, which is the official rescue tool provider for NASCAR. This rig also carries additional extinguishers, SCBA and spare bottles.

Most tracks have a fire-rescue coordinator (Chief) which is a paid position. All other firefighters are volunteer. Pictured here is retired Firefighter Cliff Stabner of FDNY Rescue 3, so for the most part, the volunteers in NASCAR are power hitters. Lou

That is a super cool looking rig. I would love to see more pictures of what you carry (compartments). Are you purely rescue-response or do you do fire suppression also? Are you off-duty firefighters or is this a full-time position? Take care, stay safe.
