we had one bad one like that,18 wheeler rolled 4 times .the driver was pined under the cab dead .we packed out went to work.. hose line on fog .air bags and blocks lifted the cab and got him out and the load was diseal and gas load. we did save the load but lots of gas went into the ground... hazmat was called in, what took the time was plan of act unloading was a job, grounding truck and foaming drilling holes.10 hrs on scene .tow truck drivers lifted that up loaded it .we clear the scene.
