This is a creative conception,the wooden bars as you see in the picture above to stabilize an unstable building after earthquake is also used as an A-Frame system,supporting both working line and belay line,which reduces the load of firemen who are responsible to a earthquake or landslide emergency rescue.If a quake lake near the rescue zone bursts and flood rushs out,rescuers can also use these wooden bars as temp buoys.
