In Saint Francis County near Forest City, a pilot is recovering after his helicopter hit a flock of geese and had to make an emergency landing.

The pilot and two crew members were flying in a Baptist Health helicopter when geese crashed into its windshield.

The pilot hurt his face. The chopper was headed back to Little Rock from Memphis.
