On January 14, fire and EMS personnel were sent to Decatur Twp (Pa.) for a fully involved house fire. They experienced heavy fire on arrival. East Derry Twp Fire Chief, Steve Yohn (Incident Commander), requested a second alarm. With extreme cold conditions, Fame EMS (Lewistown, Pa.) rapidly deployed their heated rehab tent. Approximately 70 firefighters from 12 stations battled the blaze and benefited from the special environmentally controlled rehab system put into operation by Fame EMS.
