One person is confirmed dead on the property on Duncil Lane. Few details are being released on the death, but the Brevard County Medical Examiner arrived on the scene late afternoon. The fire spread from Air Stream trailer to a near by work barn. Units from Palm Bay Fire Department, Brevard County Fire Rescue assisted the Malabar Fire Department in putting out the fire. Additional water tankers were in the area due to the lack of fire hydrants.
