IRON RUN - STATION 38 & 65

Montgomery County, Pa. East Greenville Station 38 & Pennsburg Station 65 took part in the "Iron Run" on Saturday, Oct 9th, 2010 by forming a crossed ladders gate The "Iron Run" was a run from the American Legion Post 184 in Palm, Pa. about 100 miles each way to NJ and back to pick up a 13 foot 6400 pound section of the World Trade Center which will go on display at the Palm American Legion Post 184. Pa & NJ State Police provided escort for the truck and over 1400 motorcycles which participated in this run. Engine 911 which was a NYFD truck owned by NYFD Eric Olsen who was killed in the World Trade Center incident also made the trip.
