Pat F. and I ran a training at a condemned church in town. Upstairs we had an obsticle course with entanglements and 175 lbs. dumby victim. Downstairs (all photos of downstairs) I had them practicing search in an open area with a wall breach. Stress IC communications and set up a ReHab unit

There is so much we could have improved on in this excercise. After State Fire School where they really hammered Advancing Hoseline techniques I realize we should have done a quick presentation before running through the scenarios. The guys did awesome at breeching the wall and it was a tight fit, but it ended up being more of a "where is everybody at" event than a training event. Dave and I might put together some PowerPoint presents to show before training events.
