Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the bluffs just north of Santa Barbara City on a reported kayaker drowning victim. Firefighters were able to make contact with the kayaker who was wondering what all the fuss was about. Turned out to be an over worried girlfriend and a kayaker that was having too much fun to make it home on time... : )
