Car hit an Imbankment and lanched his car 1500 Yards into a field we had to cut the guy out of it. As we where cuting him out he disided to have a smoke and when we got him out as the helocopter was circiling over top he refued treatment. Needless to say at 11:00 PM that night he got a Ride to Baltimore on Trooper 6
