Comment by lutan1 on May 13, 2008 at 5:05pm: The smallest I've been into wasa vertical entry and we had to be lowered into the space and about half way in you would become wedged. You then had to release all the air out of your lungs and as they emptied, you could then slide through the manhole. I'll see if I can find some photos of it....
