We use this type of vehicle a lot. Light commercial 4WD, small water tank and pump with a hose reel. Plus a few hand tools! There's a photo of one I drove on a Task Force in my album. In my State we (unfortunately) call them a 'Slip On'. Other States call them an 'Ultra Light Tanker' - much better name I think. (A 'tanker' here is a firefighting vehicle)
