Getting dispatched to a car hitting bicycle is never a good call. Arriving at the scene only to find the bike and patient completely trapped under the car. Brevard County Fire Rescue R-63, R-64, S63, Tk-63 with Indialantic Fire Rescue responded cutting down a small tree and jacking up the SUV. First the bike was removed then the patient was extricated onto a backboard and transported to Melbourne's Holmes Regional Medical Center. Patient was conscious at the scene. FHP is investigating.
