I have seen it happen on the Training Ground. I seen a Guy eat to much at lunchtime. It was very hot and we entered the Smokehouse 30 Mins. Later. He got sick half way in. We backed out. He got his mask off and was on the ground til the end of the class.

No one has ever worked themselves so hard they puked? If not work harder. What if you just ate and the call came in? OR your dept insists on putting the water in ICE WATER while your rehabbing. Your hot as hell and you drink anything cold and the stomach reverses gears and cramps up.

Just some food for thought. Not everyone that pukes is "sick".

Interesting. I guess I would have to ask if someone is sick, why are they "tanked" up and involved with the op?  Our standard has always been, if you aren't 100% please stand down, or at least stay outside! Someone "sick" going in compromises the entire team. Can't imagine puking in my mask.
