Safety Vests

I just wanted to see how many people out there are being required to wear the saftey vests on MVAs and vehicle fires. I am trying to figure out why we pay for the reflective stripes on our bunkers if it's not good enough. Thanks.

I don't know of any department that require vests over bunker gear,
