Was a volunteer with 3 fire departments fromt eh time I was 18 at 19 became a career firefighter.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
My dad was is a firefighter and since I was a small child this career has been exciting and interesting to me.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
the adrenalin rush given from start to end of a fire. From dispatch to returning to quarters.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
an abuse of the EMS system. Using the ER or the fire dept to solve problems that should be seen by a person's personal physician. I puts a large burden on firefighters and ER departments
