I am a single mother to a beautiful 2 yr old boy, who is in love with firetrucks. I try to ride at my firehouse as much as possible but I am also an ambulance driver for a private ambulance company which I love!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I joined when I was 14 just to belong to a group but as I got into it, I became very passionate about it and love being in an ambulance. When I am driving the ambulance is when I am most comfortable :)
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I love the adrenaline rush and the people you meet and get to help. Also I love the other people in the dept, you end up being like a second family!

This is a picture from about 9 years ago when I first got "Smokey". Great dogs, he was kind of easy to train, which is uncommon among Dalmations. Also most Dalmations think they are puppies until they hit 4-6 years of age. He is my best friend and a wonderful member of the family.
