We did not get a grant either. We did build one from scratch. We bought an International Chassis, and had a private tank maker build us a tank. Total cost was $138,000, that included lights and all the neccesities that we are going to put on. We saved around $100,000 by doing so. Hope things are going well with you, talk to you soon....
