I am trying to find an old friend of mine. Robert (Bob) Laeng. He came from the Bryan Tx fire dept and moved into your area many years back. He was something to do with the emergency management of the county or region. Any way you could ask around?????

I am working down in Kingston Tn for the TVA fly ash incident and if you can find any info I will run up there and see him.
