HEY MY NAME IS MELISSA. I AM A SERIOUS OUTDOOR/COUNTRY GIRL. I'M ADVENTURES, WILLING TO TAKE RISKS.I LOVE TO GO HUNTING, FISHING, MUDDING, QUADING, CLIFF JUMPING,MILK COWS, RIDE MY HORSE AND MORE. Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO JOIN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT SINCE I WAS 10 YRS OLD. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO SAVE LIVES FROM FIRES OR FROM MEDICALS OR FROM CAR ACCIDENTS. I HAVE BEEN GOING ON CALLS WITH MY FATHER WHO'S BEEN IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR 32 YRS. I REMEMBER THE HELICOPTER CRASH I WENT TO AND THE 3 CAR PILE UP ON 68. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED IT, WHEN I COULDN'T GO I WOULD GRAB HIM PAGER AND LISTEN TO IT TO HEAR ANY UP DATES OR WHATS GOING ON. I THINK ITS IN MY BLOOD LOL

    Check out the some of the Groups, I have started up "Close Calls" an area to tell your story of what you did and should not of so others learn. "Roll Calls" this is another group that allows you to tell us about your station and district. "Trainers Corner" is another area that you can read about issues other trainers have or deal with. As well if your not a trainer you can ask questions or state concerns you have. If you have a hard time locating them just go to my site and look at the bottom left hand corner.
