hi chief,,,i am having trouble in the chat,,if i click my mail . it freezes up my web, and i have to shut down and start over,,,just wondering if you can do anything about it...and thanks
Chief said, "My company has an office in Norwalk....I'm up there all the time, should get lunch or something. I need to check out the Firehouse house ..."
Are you talking about the 'temporary' trailer that Engine 7 is living in while the firehouse floor gets fixed? Four months and counting . . .
Chief, Babydoll Heather is my girlfriend, she just created an account so she could leave comments on my page as a treat. I just started my own page and we were having fun. She was wondering how to terminate her page anyway, she just wanted to leave me a note. Thanks for the great community, and I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. It must take a lot to keep a network like this running without us messing around. Sorry again. Ryan J. Johnsrud

A firefighter is working on the engine outside the station when he notices a little girl next door in a little red wagon with little ladders hung off the sides and a garden hose tightly coiled in the middle. The girl is wearing a firefighter's helmet. The wagon is being pulled by her dog and her cat. The firefighter walked over to take a closer look.
"That sure is a nice fire truck," the firefighter says with admiration.
"Thanks," replies the girl.
The firefighter looks a little closer and notices the girl has tied the wagon to her dog's collar and to the cat's testicles.
"Little partner," the fire fighter says, "I don't want to tell you how to run your rig, but if you were to tie that rope around the cat's collar too, I think you could go faster."The little girl replies thoughtfully: "You're probably right, but then I wouldn't have a siren."
Hi Chief,
Hope you are doing well and you have a great week. I have met so many wonderful people on ffn, and they have been a great support to a new firefighter Mom. I just wanted to Thank you myself.
God Bless, and be safe out there, Angels on your shoulder.

Hi Chief, very glad to be part of the FFN.
In this time, I would like to inform you that the Cuerpo de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú (Perú Fire Department) has programmed to realize the Primer Desafío Nacional de Bomberos (National Firefighters Challenge), which is very similar to the Firefighters Combat Challenge that is realized in United States and Canada.
The above mentioned event will be realized on the July 4th, 5th and 6th in the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center of Lima, with the participation of all Volunteer Firefighters of Peru.
You can see the www.desafionacionaldebomberosperu.com
In a future, I will write to you to find out that we are programming an International Convention of Fire Safety and Emergency First Respond in December and I would like your support.Best Regards and stay safe.
CONGRATS!!! On adding the 18,000th brother to this great contraption of yours (Thanx Sharon Welsh for fillin me in too).
I've told my Lt. about it and in a few weeks when our new union website goes up I'm sure we will have a link to the site. I will also be linking our myspace to here and turning some of our fans on to the website.
Its very cool to be able to klik my laptop on at work and are able to read some of the blogs and other articles collected on the site. Lots of folks here seem to be talented in those aspects. Its a great thing going on here... keep it up!
