hi how are you doing today
  • Dustin Shotto

not much just been working alot and trying to get done with school.
  • mudnut

boy I hear you on classes. I have an instructor that just won't listen to there students when we say we just don't get it. We get responses like and yes I am quoting that person "GET A _UCKIN POCKET DICTIONARY" OR "READ THE _UCKING BOOK ALL YOUR ANSWERS ARE THERE" I have proved that person wrong on the book comment and now I am the black sheep of the class. What do I do. I may never become an EMT because of a back injury but the other 10 students in my class deserve a chance at learning what they need to learn without the attitude. Any suggestions?
  • mudnut

Sorry about the last comment but I am a bit POED at the way this instructor is going about their business. If a student comes up to you and tells you they are having trouble it is your job to find another way to get thru to this student not degrade them and make them feel stupid. I am a 4 x college graduate and I have had instructors that are just there for the paycheck and I have finally reached my limit. I will stand up for what I think is right and if I get kicked out so be it. If they change their ways and start listening to the student then my job is done. Im old these student still have alot of time in life to make a difference. If I can help you move up the ladder so be it. Sorry folks I am POED and very tired of watching those take paychecks at the expense of others.

    Hey Mudnut,
Hope you don't mind this message, but I'm trying to make a Chicago connection for a business opportunity that is going through the FDNY. More and more members are signing up daily. Its only in three states presently but will eventually be in all fifty. It has to do with the deregulation of gas and electricity. If you know anyone who's looking to make a second income, please let me know. Thanks and stay safe!
