I'm a former member of Mt. Aetna Co. 16 back in the 1970's.
I also spent a lot of ride-along time with Squad 75 and Truck 4 back in the day. I still keep up with Washington County incidents online. The shots of the multiple-alarm Boonsboro fire really hit my nostalgia button. Chief Shiffler (former Chief 6) was my MFRI Basic instructor and Lisha Sollenberger (former Chief 69) was one of the people I hung out with back in the day.

Is Allsafe Fire Equipment still one of the best toy stores around?
