My department is kind of a small department in which everybody works either during the day or at night like I do. It works out decent when we have a fire call that we have different people to cover at different times of the day. The main problem that we have is when we try to schedule a training session. Because you hate to exclude anybody because of what shift they work. If anybody has any suggestions on a better way to get people to show up to these training sessions or on how we can schedule them better then please let me know
