To be honest, I work in an area of East Central Alabama, where the foothills of the Appalachians come into Alabama from Georgia. We have a very rough terrain in places, here, and Oxford EMS, which is who I work for; covers parts of the Northern Edges of the Talladega National Forest. We have used Technical Rescue before, but like one person from Georgia stated, it absolutely kills the golden hour.
In Calhoun County, we have written mutual aid pacts with private industries that have like helicopters, and other specific large pieces of eqiupment, and have used them a time or two on scene.

If I remember reading this story correctly the driver in the truck drove off the road on the other side of the culvert where the guiderail is down and flipped into and out of the culvert.
