Anyone have any issue with CCP not working all the time?

Our pumps at times will work great and other times you have to hit IDLE then restart the pump and jack the pressure up just to get pressure to the lines. Really irritating when you are working a house fire and your inital line isnt getting any pressure and you have done everything right up that you need to do to get water out of a normally operating pump.
