Recently, this fire department found out a new firefighter posted a video he had made of a structure fire on YouTube. This created quite an incident in the department, but unfortunately the chief did not find out about it until it was too late. From a training perspective, how would you handle this incident. Take a look at the video and tell me about some of the things you see and observe. Also, remember this is on YouTube for all to see and view. My question to everyone is the following. As a training officer how would you handle this situation? Does your department have SOG's in place for filming incidents? If so, what are they (it would be great if you could post them)? What do you think the fire department should do in general?
