Try www.emt-b.com I think theres quite a bit of free stuff on there. Or ask your questions in here, and maybe someone can help. I'd suggest making flash cards with the terms and maybe the drugs with indications and contra-indications. I'm in the process myself of making some to refresh and get back up to date. Hope this helps!
