My small all volunteer fire dept is sending 3 two others and myself to fire school we are trying to setup a cpat style physical training regiment that includes sledge hammer strikes on a target pike pole push pull hose pulls dummy drags ladder ops and tool runs we want to gradually want to do it bunked out and packed out but first do it regular workout clothing then add gradually and intensity and work up to it not full blown bunked out packed out with high intensity any ideas would be great either to add ad take out thanks be safe
