I've been a Training Officer for 4 years now at our station. I'm proud to be part of a team that enjoys training. We have a great amount of resource at out stations. As well as some amazing people I have crossed paths with.
Seems each year there is a new topic or an old one that gets put up for discussion. This year seems to be Driving / Seatbelts / Self Rescue as a hot topic. For an old topic is Safety, Safety, Safety....
Any questions, concerns or suggestions welcome. Remember there is no dumb question, only one is the one that is never asked. Some dumb answers out there....

Awesome idea, this training forum. It is real easy as a trainer to get caught in a "RUT". This will bring in ideas from alot of diff places. As a Training Officer myself, I am always open to new ideas.
