What are your stories?  The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.

I am a volunteer, and an actor. I'm working on a project and am looking for stories to use. They must be TRUE, about volunteers, their families, and their communities.  Nothing will be used without the author's consent, and written approval, as copyright law provides. No REAL names please.

I can't tell you too much about the project, except that there are actors involved, and those stories, which have been selected, approved, and granted permission to use will get a screen credit if desired. Of course you can remain anonymous and forgo the screen credit.

The goal of the project is many fold, one of which is to promote awareness of the volunteers and the difficult job they do, how that job effects their family, and their communities.

These are your stories.... The Stories of the Volunteer!

I'm in Canada but sounds interesting. If you are looking at coming to Canada I'd like to tell a story about saving a life!
Thank you for posting. I'd love to hear your story, so post it if you like. I can't elaborate yet on the project, so I can't say we'd be able to come up your way. If you're in the mind to, send along your story for consideration, we won't use it without your permission, and if we do, you'll get a screen credit to boot.

Thank you again.

Rich
And Multi million dollar royalties to LOL :0) I'll get the story for you a bit later because I'm a bit busy today but I'll get to it keep your eyes open for me!
Thanks. I look forward to the story. As far a royalties go... well... it would be nice.
would love to help you in the acting department and we have lots of great stories just cant think of all of them right now long day yesterday
I'd love to read them. Rest up, jot down a story when you have the time and send it along. There's always room for more stories. SO, don't worry about getting them all in at once, just whatever you can, whenever you can.
Hey, if you're an actor too GREAT!

Still looking for stories to use. You can sent them to stories@jcsproductions.net and/or if you act send a headshot and resume to casting@jcsproductions.

I'll keep you posted!
I like your project. Would like to hear more about it. I have been working on something similar for a couple years now. I have a few stories to tell. Check out my videos to hear a few. We are hoping to have a TV show here soon about Volunteer FFs and EMS. Trying to educate and entertain, but most importantly nourish the volunteer system by increasing donations and membership all over the world.

thanks for watching, and be safe and good luck!

Well, now I'm a Volunteer (30+ years), Actor (20+years), and Producer (brand new).

The production of "Fire Watch" A series of web episodes (webisodes) dedicated to Volunteer Fire Fighters, their families, and their communities. Five main characters live the true stories of what these brave folks do everyday, all over the U.S. with no other compensation other than helping someone in need. Watch for the announcement of our pilot episode.

Got a story, always looking for more... c'mon it's easy. Don't like to type? No Problem just send me a recording. Get credit or not your choice. No company names are mentioned, stories are the basis for scripts. Got some footage we can use? All are welcome.

Comedy, rookie tricks, or serious events are all welcome.
