Meh. Id just buy a N5A and be protected. Its cool to think "Its what the men of the past wore" and all that tradition stuff. But N5A leathers are still traditional. If its leather, its forever.
Joe think of it this way...If you were wearing a non approved helmet and got injured and osha /workers comp investigated you could potentially loose any and all benefits... especially a G model .. which have fake liners at least a 5a was designed to be worn once ,... the G never was
