hey heather - lots of work for the most part for me. finally picked up the new track bike last week!!! stay tuned for pics. it'll still be a while till the black helmet logo race bodywork is done. sup with you and everyone else?

here's a pic of me from friday. i'm losing weight like crazy ya'll! counting calories daily, working out hard every shift. i feel so much better now, sleeping well, lots of energy during the day and thinking i may have to trade my uniforms in for smaller ones before too long! trying to get into shape for the racing season. only 21 days till my first track day!!!
and here is a pic of my son, Jay. he's an absolute joy for me! hope he wants to be involved in the fire service or ems one day. he's getting his first dirtbike in a few weeks!! i may be more excited about that than he is, but he's still pretty excited about it!
and finally a couple pics of the track machine, it's very sweet and ready to be flogged! haha

I don't know what is up with EVERYONE else...
But I am awesome - tired of my housemates, tired of school, and looking for a new job... has me tired of that process too...
so with all those TIREs... I am a freakin' tractor trailor !!! LOL
The weather is beautiful in Southern California.
I have been busy working out in the outside pool. So that is NICE !

thanks heather, jay is 8. he excels in school and is in the advanced program. we do as much as possible together, but of course when school is in session, it's hard for our schedules to mesh. summer time is when we spend the most time together. he loves dinosaurs, outer space, the internet. probably a lot like other 8 year olds. haha.
the track bike will most likely have white front wheel/black rear wheel. honestly the looks of that thing are the farthest thing from my mind right now because the performance of it is all i'm concerned about. 20 days and counting. long day peeps, think i'm goin to bed. g'nite and stay safe. -
