Hey cody , Most dept's that become ALS providers find out that the members are good at either firefighting or providing EMS delivery and unfortunately end up placing the member in that capacity after enduring legal matters from medical malpractice . I am no different. I have been involved in fire / ems delivery for 20 plus years and am a much better medic than firefighter. and I still train for both as if i were a rookie to keep up with all current and upcoming issues. If theissue does rear it's ugly head, look closely at both sides without bias before coming to a conclusion and taking sides

I would be all for that! I think the LFD could give the public a better service.

What do you think about LFD taking over EMS within the city limits? (How abouth that can of worms!)
