I'm from a small paid on call department which currently has three sog's. I brought that up and now I'm in charge of writing the sop/sog's for the Department. I am looking for any advice or explamples on how to go about this or if anybody has any they would like to share. Thanks, Paul

I'm starting my depts. SOGs today...I recommend getting a copy of a neighboring dept. that has had them in place for a while and that operates professionally. Base them on theirs and others that you may find online and ten adjust them to fit your smaller specific dept. This is my plan and I'll be glad to share what I'm doing with anyone.
