What equipment do you carry on your boat?

We just got a Rescue One boat.   I'm trying to decide what's the most useful equipment to carry and was wondering what other depts. have onboard, thanks!

MISC. EQUIPMENT
Dragging gear, reach pole, floatation devices, headgear and life vests, water rescue rope. NORM SPENCE

So far I have live vests, helmets, throw cushions, light sticks, webbing, flashlight and a medical kit.
