I would like to know what your qualifications are for your fire officers and your department members?

In my department to be chief you need to have 5 years and hold a junior office for 2 years and then each year as chief you must take an advanced fire class.

Asst. chief: To hold the position you must be in the dept. for 3 years and hold a junior office for one year.and then for junior officers 2 years, for all fire personal and officers must have basic firefighting, structural burn,haz mat, rit,
