you can't if your dept is like Oxbow most of your man power is gone during the day.. It is hard to recruit new because of the long classes of FF1,FF2. People working thank god for Fort Drum and some of the guys who have joined local depts to help.. The world does not have the group of volunteers like their use to... Should never have to get some on involve that is the point of volunteering.....
