Comment by Lt. Dan (1508) on November 9, 2009 at 8:59pm: The last time I went to Hooters (Peoria, Il.) was with my wife and her mother. That's right! Her mother, my mother in law. I had been to plenty of Hooters with the guys, but that one there was awkward. Still enjoyed the sights, just more covertly. Ha! Ha! Now, about our Bears, WTF?! It was nice to see them come alive in the 4th quarter for a short period. They got no heart! I have to give Cutler credit, the guy takes a beaten in there. Keeps gettn up and goin at it. It would be nice to see the offense on the field for more than three plays at a crack and for the D to close up some of those holes out there.

I have to agree about the washing hands... and I don't think you can pound anything hard enough to get through the skulls of some of the young'uns in the service nowadays. They certainly are a different breed, alot different than I remember being. I don't think I spoke to senior members for two years. Just kept my mouth shut and listened.
