I wish you the best in your quest for info on this. Being a firefighter is not for everyone, and is not for many that are actually doing the job today. A firefighter can not be self serving, must be dedicated and willing to train hard often. How new firefighters are formed is really up to who brings them up. If you get a poor teacher, you will be just like them. The job is a great one, but we have enough groopies and self serving firefighters today. be a firefighter, not a mirror image of the other person. Do the job.
