Yes, jaws don't work for ripping apart ag equipment because it is built to withstand much more than cars are. We recomend using what we call "cave man tools". Just get back to the basics, simple machines like levers are invaluable. Also, a good set of tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) will make your ag rescues much easier. If you are interested in refreshing your ag rescue skills check out our website ruralrescue.com. We have an online portion that would be great to help you remember the things you learned in your previous classes.

It's been years since I took AG Rescue training but from what I remember, you need to have an impact wrench to simply take things apart verses using the jaws to rip things apart... does this still apply?
