Dep-14 started this subject on another site so I put it up on here to spark some local input.

How many dept's have programs like these? What are your rules for each and do they vary depending on if their a live in vs. a bunk in. Whats the difference? My opinion, a bunk in crew can be for one or more nights, whereas a live in would be someone residing there full time. Therefore I think specific duties are to be assigned. I'd like to hear everyone else's opinions.

There is an intellegent reply I just dont see the Phillies Manager hawking a fire site, maybe, maybe not?
Havn't you got the hint yet that the vast majority of firefighters in Lower Bucks really dont want to converse with you, either on this site or any other one? Didnt that thought creep in when you have started multiple threads on here and on bcfire.com and no one responds?
Ok I got what I needed from Mr. Manuel now I cant open the discussion back up so those of you with some good and usefull input can post if you like.
This is from BCF I dont go on there but I beleive it is pertanent to the disscussion.

I know this has been a topic before that I posted. At Feasterville we are looking into installing a bunkroom in the new year. I was hoping to get some of the SOPs and advice on what other companies rules and regulations are to help us get some SOPs and rules set in place before we even get into the installation. Any help would be gretly appreciated.
