The state of South Carolina's State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is taking a look at the Sofa Super Store fire to see if criminal charges should be brought agaisnt members of the department.

Very tough case - but not unlike a number of other cases where firefighters have faced criminal charges for line of duty conduct.
